Our Profile

Investing in our community's future

Practical social investing could serve our community as a model to help expand economic development in communities like Englewood, that suffer from divestment due to racially biased events like the War on Drugs implemented in the 1970's, by Richard Nixon and his predecessors, redlining, housing discrimination, disparities in wages and healthcare just to name a few.

Nationally, there are a handful of real estate developers of color. However, historically, minority and female developers was not "a thing", primarily due to our inaccessibility to money and information.
